MAGNUS FOSS

Magnus Foss began DJ’ing at the age of 10 and started collecting records and learning the basics of DJ-mixing. At age 17 he started playing under the alias “Marcus Dimera” and quickly became a popular DJ playing the local clubs and festivals in Oslo and the surrounding cities.

Under this alias he shared decks with Nils Noa, Klaas, Michael Mind, Nicki Belucci, Josef Bamba, Natalia Barbin, John Moss, Martin Danielle (CLMD), Carl Louis and many more.

At the same time, Foss started to focus on producing his own music and set up a small studio in Oslo working with fellow DJ and producers.

In 2016, Foss started producing music under his birth name “Magnus Foss”. He decided to focus 100% on the music and is currently taking his bachelor degree in songwriting & production at Høyskolen Kristiania.

In 2017 he released his first single “All You Need” and followed up with his second single “Tropo” in the beginning of 2018.

Later the same year he did a remix of Dr. Shiver feat. Christina Skaar – “Love For Life” witch is featured on the remix EP released by Art&Music Recordings after placing top 5 in a Wavo Remix contest. He followed up with an official remix of Kevin Fauske & Boge – “So Hot!” Released on Nightowlmusic.
