DOC M.C.

Pure energy, refined sounds and bouncing rhythms, ready to shake all dancefloors: few notes are enough to get the beat of Doc M.C..
Created in 2012, Doc M.C. are a team of Italian producers including Dr. Shiver, a super talented producer who has been present on the worldwide scene since a decade (also founder and CEO of the label and multi-service company Art&Music Recording); Luca Monticelli, renowned international producer, who boasts collaborations with record labels such as Armada, Ultra and Spinnin; and Mauro Cottini, the youngest producer of the team and excellent sound designer.
The trio has been working hard in the last few years to get its name known in the
international electronic scene. In 2013, Doc M.C. won the Eurovision Song Contest Semifinals in Malmo, Norway, with “Catch Me”, sung by the Norwegian singer and supermodel Mimi Blix, and signed by Sony Music for the world. After that, they inaugurated their first tech house project, signing “Blue Waves”, which slowly started to climb charts.
Then they turned to more big room tunes, releasing one hit after another: “Plastic Noise”, “Wow” and “Ruff”, 3 singles featuring the young producer Steve Z, have reached respectively #28, #17 and
#12 of Beatport Progressive House Chart. They started gaining support of great international artists, such as David Guetta, Mastiksoul, Danny Avila, WestFunk, John Christian… They decided to keep this EDM/Progressive line and in August 2014 they released “S.M.F.” featuring the Italian duo Static False. The track rapidly entered charts, reaching #5 of Beatport Progressive House chart in less than 20 days and remaining in Top 100 for 50 days. The follow-up, “Noizer” featuring Havoc&Lawn has already received great feedbacks and it’s meant to become a true club anthem very quickly.
Doc M.C.’s last hit is an incredible remix of “You Got The Love” featuring the original vocals by Candi Staton, the first authorized remix of this timeless success from 1986.
